Bertrand de Solere He began his Brazilian life and Brazilian law in 1998 as an associate at the Gouvêa Vieira Law Firm in Rio de Janeiro. He has been a legal advisor to foreign investors, large multinationals such as PSA PEUGEOT CITROEN, TOTAL, LEROY MERLIN, GL EVENTS, SBM, L’ OREAL, CLUB MEDITERRANÉE, as well as small individual foreign investors in various types of operations.
The expertise of Bertrand de Solere includes any type of issues faced by foreign investors in Brazil: corporate law and M&A, taxation, labor law and residence visa, civil law, real estate, compliance (anti-corruption and GDPR/LGPD).
