Annual Shareholders’ Equity information
The Brazilian companies holding foreign capital and having assets or a net equity lower than R$250.000.000,00 (two hundred fifty million reals) shall update their shareholders’ equity information until March 31 rd every year, having December 31th of the previous year as base-date.
Quarterly Economic-financial Declaration
The Brazilian companies holding foreign capital or having assets or a net equity equal or higher than R$250.000.000,00 (two hundred and fifty million reals) shall provide 4 (four) Quarterly Economic-financial Declarations every year:
- Until March, 31th, relating to the December, 31st, of the previous year;
- Until June, 30th, relating to March, 31th;
- Until September, 30th, relating to June. 30th;
- Until December, 31st, relating to september, 30th;
